Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love every Mishti piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Exchanges: Wrong size or change of mind? You can exchange unworn items (with tags, in original packaging) within 7 days of delivery.

Returns: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start: Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@shopmishti.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through it.

Please note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be exchangeable (we’ll always tell you clearly on the product page).
